The successful Security Officer candidate will have experience in site security and a solid understanding of the importance of protecting people, systems and property.

Responsibilities include:

• Must be able to guard the property and ensure there are no accounts of trespassing and or robbery
• Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers
• Control and monitor surveillance equipment, and perform building and equipment inspections
• Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents
• Patrol property on foot, securing personnel, assets, buildings, gates, and fence perimeter are secure in all weather conditions
• Must be able to remain alert and focused while on duty
• Guard is expected to be able to write detailed activity logs while on duty
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle for this site's location
• Must be SORA certified

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
