    Position Summary
    The HR Documentation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing aspects of document compliance within the organization. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and standards. The successful candidate will understand document management practices and can conduct internal audits.
     
    Duties and Responsibilities Include
    Essential Functions:
    • Coordinate the collection, organization, and retention of both paper and electronic documents in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Upload documents and data to the company's database or document management system.
    • Ensure that all documentation is updated and organized according to established procedures.
    • Maintain efficient document management processes to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate documentation efforts and support project needs.
    • Monitor document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of documentation-related initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to ensure the integrity and completeness of documentation.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members regarding document-related inquiries, issues, and discrepancies.
