Documentation Clerk is responsible for clerical duties related to the maintenance of technical documentation. Completes tracking, logging, updating and version control of technical documents according to business standards. Being a Documentation Clerk requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Documentation Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Capture Specialists are an integral part of the construction process, providing the raw videos used to make sure Real Estate investors are always up-to-date on the status of their projects. Capture Specialists walk job sites each week and use a 360ยบ camera to capture hi-res videos of 100% of the job site.
IMPORTANT NOTE: OnsiteIQ only offers project-based work which means you accept a project(s) in your market as they come available. Projects range from a few hours a month all the way to a full time capacity, although full time work is rare.
What do we do?
OnsiteIQ is a construction intelligence platform that brings construction sites to its users. We map 360-degree imagery to architectural floor plans. This enables clients to virtually walk through these sites monitoring progress, finding & tracking issues, collaborating with project stakeholders, & more.
