Documentation Manager manages the production of functional, configuration, and user interface documentation for computer software and hardware products. Develops and deploys standardized documentation methods and tools to efficiently produce high-quality content. Being a Documentation Manager establishes processes for effective document control. Plans and directs documentation projects and timelines. Additionally, Documentation Manager may act as final approver or editor for projects. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Documentation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Documentation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Capture Specialists are an integral part of the construction process, providing the raw videos used to make sure Real Estate investors are always up-to-date on the status of their projects. Capture Specialists walk job sites each week and use a 360º camera to capture hi-res videos of 100% of the job site.
IMPORTANT NOTE: OnsiteIQ only offers project-based work which means you accept a project(s) in your market as they come available. Projects range from a few hours a month all the way to a full time capacity, although full time work is rare.
What do we do?
OnsiteIQ is a construction intelligence platform that brings construction sites to its users. We map 360-degree imagery to architectural floor plans. This enables clients to virtually walk through these sites monitoring progress, finding & tracking issues, collaborating with project stakeholders, & more.
