Under general supervision, performs a variety of centralized services duties pertaining to the boarding and servicing of commercial, real estate and consumer loans including: documentation preparation and/or review, documentation file preparation/maintenance, insurance follow-up, payment processing, preparation of demands, disbursement of loan proceeds and any other duty as assigned. Generally has three or more year’s experience.

• Documentation preparation and review.
• Loan boarding in Jack Henry.
• Develops and maintains documentation files.
• Maintains withdrawn and declined loan files and log.
• Maintains application, collateral and other logs.
• Reads and understands the Bank’s General Loan Manual and all loan policies & procedures.
• Complete daily transactions in a timely manner (payments, advances, etc)
• Understand and adhere to all compliance regulations as presented in various training meetings
• Answer phone calls and email inquiries
• Collect all applicable data for HMDA, Flood Insurance, and Hazard Insurance to ensure compliance with regulatory lending requirements
• Add loan documentation to Accusystems and review to ensure accuracy
• Prepare closed loan letters and forward with paid notes and collateral releases
• Update Jack Henry loan tickler in accordance with information provided by lending staff
• Performs all other duties as assigned by Supervisor

• Current driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
