About Us:

J Global Energy Midstream LLC was formed in 2020 to acquire and operate midstream assets across North America, focusing on natural gas processing, liquid storage, and transportation.

The privately held company is headquartered in Houston and led by an entrepreneurial team of Industry veterans. JGE Midstream successfully closed its first transaction in Q4 with the acquisition of established gathering, processing, fractionation and terminal assets in East Texas.

About the position:

The objective of the position is to carry out activities of preparation, separation, organization and control of documents, drawings and projects of the company, its affiliates, partners or customers relevant to the company's activities or needs.

Responsibilities:

• Handling, preparation, treatment, cleaning, separation, physical and digital archiving and control of technical and administrative documents of the company, its affiliates, partners or customers;
• Examine documents, fill out controls, spreadsheets, monitor deadlines, type procedure texts, technical instructions, manuals, meeting minutes, schedules and other documents necessary for the company's operation, to organize the work script;
• Prepare lists of documents, requests, control receipt of documents, distribution, storage and use of documents by the different sectors of the company.

Qualifications:

• Have knowledge of the Microsoft Office packge;
• Master document organization and control techniques.
