Documentation Manager jobs in Louisville, KY

Responsibilities:

• Support customer service with technical answers to customer questions that are related to our industry
• Review content written on the site by peers and suppliers to ensure it is accurate
• Enter and verify vehicle specifications and vehicle specific products in our automotive database as they are supplied by various industry sources and customers
• Add features and specifications for the various product groups we sell that customers find useful
• Assist in writing step-by-step installation instructions or troubleshooting guides for products we manufacturer  

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field
• Conversational English communication skills
• 1 years experience in Automotive
• Industry experience in Car Audio Installation
