Plans and directs documentation projects and timelines. Additionally, Documentation Manager may act as final approver or editor for projects. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Documentation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Summary Performs loan documentation tasks, which include Document Preparation and Document Review by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.Document Preparation : * Document all types of loans which includes commercial and consumer* Prepare necessary documents for various types of collateral which includes Real Estate* Applies appropriate state and federal guidelines to loan documentation function and stays abreast of regulatory changes and applies information as needed* Production of loan and collateral documents using TruStage* Delivery of documents for closings into nCinoDocument Review : * Review of loan documents for accuracy* Review of loan collateral documentation for accuracyEach loan documentation task has detailed written procedures.
Depending on the task(s) assigned, Loan Documentation Specialist will be required to perform the specific task(s) in a satisfactory manner.
