Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Loan Documentation Coordinator to join the team in our Bank Operations/Lending Services Division. The Loan Documentation Coordinator will deliver a World Class Experience to clients and associates by being responsible for all tasks related to documentation of consumer and commercial loans. The Loan Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing documentation requests and preparing loan documentation. This position must provide support to internal and external customers including, lenders, other bank service providers, vendors, and the Bank’s customers. This is a non-exempt position reporting to the Lending Services Manager. This position does not have the ability to work hybrid or remote and will be in-person at our Hollister Offices.
