Summary: The DTOH Specialist follows up with lab and clinics to obtain results of drug screen tests, physicals and any lab tests for applicants across the United States.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Following up with labs and clinics to obtain results of tests.
Input, review, and finalize drug test results and occupational health reports into our electronic tracking system
Outbound/Inbound phone calls
Accurate entry of test results with an attention to detail
Demonstrated investigative and problem solving skills
Perform other duties as assigned
