We are seeking a Documentation Specialist to join the team! This person coordinates and participates in the collection, interpretation and writing of policy, procedure and system documentation in support of customer service for the Operations Department.

Documentation Specialist Duties :

• Collaborate with business unit leaders, and subject matter experts to write and edit policies, programs, and procedures using document templates in a fast paced and supportive environment
• Create, maintain and upload corresponding version of policy, procedure and system documentation via our knowledge management tool
• Maintain and update informational materials in our central repository
• Maintain a periodic review process and follow up with document owners to review content, ensuring relevancy and accuracy of processes and initiating changes as required
• An independent researcher who can draw from many sources
• Coordinating, tracking, reviewing, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Coordinate and participate in various special projects as assigned
• Design visually compelling materials such as overviews, job aids, training guides, user guides and infographics

Seeking candidates with the following :

• Four-year degree (BA, BS) in Marketing, Documentation or similar field required
• MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point) experience
• Experience with SharePoint, and both print and digital media formats
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, using proper grammar, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail to provide thorough and detailed quality assurance of all content
