Documentation Specialist jobs in Hawaii

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist to join our team in Commercial Loan Center. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing loan documentation and coordinating loan closing for commercial loans in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable governmental laws and regulations.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this role is: $40,000 - $45,000 per year; commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in banking, title, loan documentation, and/or related experience preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to multitask and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Good time management skills.
• Able to work in a cooperative manner and be a team player.
• Able to effectively analyze problems and demonstrate good judgment.
• Available to work flexible hours.
