Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world one life at a time.

Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah, we are looking for a full-time Job Documentation Specialist.

You will develop Balance of Nature’s teams by documenting and defining team member responsibilities through research, building great relationships, and tracking data.

What you will do:

• Discover and document what skills and qualities are needed for positions
• Document short tasks, goals, responsibilities, and job descriptions
• Talk with team members regularly to better understand their positions
• Create manuals for each position in the company on how to do each job
• Create training materials for each position in the company
• Encourage team members to learn and improve their skills
• Get to know everyone in the company and have good relationships with them
• Finish all tasks you are given on time
• Participate in meetings as needed
• Keep learning new things and participate in your own self-education

Pay: $15.00 to 17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
