Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Specialist to join our team. As a Document Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all documentation related to our manufacturing processes. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed. Must have flexible schedule- 1st or 2nd shift

Pay rate: $20-$25 p/h

Duties:
- Fabricate, review, and maintain all necessary documentation for manufacturing processes
- Perform quality assurance checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify any discrepancies or non-compliance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for document creation and updates
- Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and precision measuring instruments for data collection and analysis
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all documents, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines
- Proven experience in document control or related roles
- English is required
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
