Description:
This role involves reviewing laboratory documentation for accuracy and completeness while also developing tracking systems and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics
Document Review and Quality Assurance
• Review laboratory documents, including reports, protocols, procedures, and data records, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors in documentation and work collaboratively with laboratory personnel to address and rectify issues.
• Develop and implement document review protocols and procedures to maintain data integrity and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Data Tracking and Management
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources, including laboratory instruments, databases, and electronic records
Dashboard Development and Reporting:
• Generate regular reports and summaries highlighting trends, patterns, and insights derived from laboratory data analysis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor or equivalent in a scientific discipline, information technology, data science, or related field.
• Experience: scientific discipline, information technology, data science, or related field.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
