A Process Control Documentation Specialist is needed for one of the world's largest power management and power generation services companies in the Issaquah, WA area.

This role involves documenting processes, creating flowcharts, collaborating with teams, analyzing for optimization, and ensuring compliance.

responsibilities :

• Translate established practices into detailed internal controls and JSOX templates
• Develop comprehensive Microsoft Visio flowcharts to visualize and communicate process workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for accurate documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through thorough analysis of existing practices
• Work closely with finance and operational teams to recommend enhancements and streamlined processes
• Conduct regular reviews of internal controls documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance
• Collaborate with internal controls and compliance team to facilitate audits and address any compliance-related queries

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience :

• Proven experience in process documentation; Internal controls and JSOX compliance experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in creating detailed Microsoft Visio flowcharts

Tools :

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visio
• Experience with documentation tools and software
