Documentation Supervisor jobs in Albany, GA
Documentation Supervisor coordinates the production of functional, configuration, and user interface documentation for computer software and hardware products. Collaborates with technical teams to prepare accurate content. Being a Documentation Supervisor reviews edits and approves the final content. Ensures that standardized documentation methods and tools are deployed and that required document control procedures are employed. Additionally, Documentation Supervisor monitors project deliverables and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of release notes, manuals, and online content. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Documentation Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Documentation Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Capture Specialists are an integral part of the construction process, providing the raw videos used to make sure Real Estate investors are always up-to-date on the status of their projects. Capture Specialists walk job sites each week and use a 360º camera to capture hi-res videos of 100% of the job site.
IMPORTANT NOTE: OnsiteIQ only offers project-based work which means you accept a project(s) in your market as they come available. Projects range from a few hours a month all the way to a full time capacity, although full time work is rare.
What do we do?
OnsiteIQ is a construction intelligence platform that brings construction sites to its users. We map 360-degree imagery to architectural floor plans. This enables clients to virtually walk through these sites monitoring progress, finding & tracking issues, collaborating with project stakeholders, & more.
