Documentation Supervisor coordinates the production of functional, configuration, and user interface documentation for computer software and hardware products. Collaborates with technical teams to prepare accurate content. Being a Documentation Supervisor reviews edits and approves the final content. Ensures that standardized documentation methods and tools are deployed and that required document control procedures are employed. Additionally, Documentation Supervisor monitors project deliverables and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of release notes, manuals, and online content. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Documentation Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Documentation Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Position Summary:
The Loan Documentation Specialist I receives and performs a review of loan packages submitted by loan administrators when requesting in-house loan documents. Loan documents must be prepared in accordance with loan approvals, regulatory requirements, and Bank policies and procedures. The Loan Documentation Specialist conducts a review of prepared loan documents to ensure all terms and conditions match what was approved. Once a review is conducted, final loan documents may be released to the loan administrator and/or Relationship Manager. To achieve success, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below with a high degree of proficiency and understanding of loan documentation requirements.
