Donor Research Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Donor Research Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. ADMA BIOCENTERS are FDA-licensed facilities dedicated to the collection of human plasma from donors. Human plasma is used to make special medications to help treat and prevent infections in patients. We currently have an opening for a full time Donor Screener.
The Screener is responsible for ensuring the acceptability of donors following established procedures. The Screener must be capable of interpreting the results of the health history and vital signs in relation to the criteria as outlined in the company procedures.
This position will also assist with the administrative duties to support the Donor Center and maintain compliance with procedures and regulations while following the current Good Manufacturing Practices.
The Screener is a representative of our organization and interacts directly with the donors. The Screener is always expected to be professional and courteous.

The functions of this position must be executed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and includes but is not limited to:
