Donor Research Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Position Overview : The Donor Records Coordinator is responsible for accurately recording donations in the donor database, preparing and mailing acknowledgements for each gift in a timely manner.
This position is required to report to the office daily and is not a remote position.
Paid As : Hourly, Non-Exempt Full-Time Employee
Hours of Operation : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM Monday Thursday, 8 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM Friday
Reports To : Vice President of Marketing & Communications
Committees : Marketing committee and other committees as assigned
Other Relationships : Works with all Agency departments, Board of Directors, Clients, Participants, Grantees, Donors, Vendors and others as directed
