Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The CRC I will ensure that quality research is conducted at the assigned investigative sites in accordance with the sponsor protocol, FDA Regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines and to provide the best quality data to the sponsor.
The CRC I will also ensure study enrollment meets or exceeds Sponsors' expectations. To ensure company goals are achieved on a timely basis.
