Donor Research Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Donor Research Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. We are seeking a Project Coordinator with strong time management skills who can effectively multitask and prioritize to meet assigned deadlines. This individual will serve as a Task Manager supporting sustainment efforts for spare and repair parts for Army Aviation Platforms and Weapon Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for managing taskers across multiple task tracking systems and assist with day-to-day operations across the department. You will be responsible for efficiently tracking, managing, planning, and coordinating activities to ensure task completion. Taskers will be related to Quality Surveillance and Verification activities including numerous types of audits, Product Quality Assessments (PQAs), First Article Testing (FAT), and National Maintenance Programs (NMP). Your efforts will help ensure that non-conforming parts do not reach the Warfighter. To be successful in this role, you'll need strong communication skills (oral and written), ability to work within a team, and flexibility.
