Donor Research Coordinator jobs in New Bedford, MA

The Travel Coordinator assists employees with travel arrangements. Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling hotels, flights, and car rentals and assisting with the preparation of itineraries.
• Ensuring that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel requirements.
• Coordinating with outside travel agencies.
• Assisting with travel related documentation and preparation/execution of travel expense reports.
• Working independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.

The Purchasing-Receiving Clerk prepares and processes purchase requisitions, purchase orders and maintains purchasing records. Responsibilities include:

• Interacting with internal purchasing agents to obtain pricing and product specifications.
• Verifying order acknowledgement and pricing.
• Receiving, verifying and recording receipt of products and raw materials.
• Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, recording merchandise or materials, arranging for product transportation, and verifying the accuracy of shipment documents.
• Assisting with tracking materials in inventory database.
  

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

Preferred Experience: 3 years in a related field

Candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
