Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Must have current or recent CRC experience of 5 years, PLUS management of people/team. You will be both the Manager, and step in when needed for the hands-on CRC work as well!
This is an ONSITE position--presence will be required at one or both locations throughout the work day.

Description:
A crucial role within the field of clinical research, the region manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a clinical research site(s) or center(s) within a given market. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning and successful execution of clinical research studies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
· 5 years of CRC experience required.
· Experience in a leadership or management role within a clinical research setting.
· MUST have experience managing people, specifically Coordinators and/or Techs/Assistants.
