Donor Research Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Donor Research Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • Job Overview

    The Facilities Coordinator will work with facilities manager to maintain facilities infrastructure and equipment and provide oversight of services provided by Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) support teams, including building maintenance, equipment maintenance, janitorial, landscape, mailroom, copy center, printers, cleanroom garments, and cleanroom consumable supplies. This role will serve as a liaison between company employees and GWS contractors and service providers.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Interface with and support all Lam business units as needed to resolve operations, safety and environmental issues related to facilities.
    • Analyze and evaluate complex and ambiguous problems with focus on speed to solutions. Direct outsource provider resources or other vendors to solve both urgent and longer-term issues.
    • Responsible for identifying building and site issues and driving them to closure.
    • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to review timely work order completion by GWS service providers.
    • Work with onsite Engineering and Operations staff to support all aspects of Cleanroom and Lab Operations.
    • Participate or lead the following meetings: Energy Efficiency, Sustainability and Green teams, Site Incident Prevention Planning (SIPP), Safety committee meetings, Safety incident reviews and Safety initiatives, Emergency Response Team (ERT) trainings and responses, and Daily Operations Meetings
    • Participate in design review process for facilities construction projects with consideration for effective operational support at project completion.
    • Identify and catalog improvements which can reduce operating costs, increase system integrity, and improve operation uptime
    • Retrieve and report on trash and recycling volumes. Identify and implement recycling initiatives, achieving waste reduction targets.
    • Enter Purchase requisitions, review and approve invoices and track actuals to budget.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Minimum three years of work experience in Facilities Support position
    • Strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to successfully interact with internal customers and stakeholders
    • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management System or Integrated Workplace Management System
    • Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel. Working Knowledge of SAP a plus.
