Donor Research Coordinator jobs in Providence, RI
Donor Research Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Donor Research Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. McLaughlin Research Corporation (MRC) has an immediate opening for a Foreign Travel Coordinator in support of NUWC Division Newport. The qualified candidate will be responsible for Antiterrorism/Force Protection (ATFP) Foreign Travel Reporting. On a daily basis, the Foreign Travel Coordinator shall respond to foreign travel e-mail requests by gathering and providing the traveler with guidance for each country that will be visited. In addition, the travel coordinator may be asked to fill in for other administrative security positions as needed. On-the-job training will be provided.
Job Requirements- The successful candidate will have:
- High School, vocational school diploma or GED certificate.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance required; current clearance a plus.
- The ability to multi-task and work in a team environment is essential.
- The ability to communicate well both orally and in wriing.
- The successful candidate will be:
- Goal-oriented
- Have a strong work ethic.
- Customer-service oriented
