Donor Research Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Donor Research Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Summary
The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is an advanced position that involves a balance of research participant contact, stakeholder contact, research study coordination, and management of community engagement and study data. This individual must have the ability to organize complex components of various research protocols, including coordination of study required testing and procedures to further partnerships between research and community teams on current and future projects. This position requires close collaboration with the study team to ensure safe and compliant research procedures and follow-up per the established research protocol. Critical thinking, self-motivation and direction, as well as autonomy are critical to the daily tasks that are carried out in partnership with the study investigators, research-community partnerships and other members of the research team. This position will work directly with research participants, physicians, nurses, community stakeholders, and health/social service organizations and has opportunities for daily learning and contribution to research that is focused on improving community health and well-being of individuals.
