Donor Research Coordinator jobs in Springfield, OH

Donor Research Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Donor Research Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • Purpose
    The Electrical Research Engineer is responsible for performing and analyzing research across various disciplines, working with engineers to conduct complex engineering testing and analyses, designing and implementing new standards, protocols, processes and equipment and providing technical reports and presentations to assist in planning and direction.

    Essential Functions*
    • Develop and use of analytical procedures, component and/or full scale vehicle testing
    • Primarily in the areas of automated vehicles and automotive cyber security research.
    • Perform design analyses of motor vehicle safety systems

    Other Duties and Responsibilities (Non-Essential Functions)
    • Create detailed cost estimates for tasks
    • Establish and maintain task schedules and budgets
    • Write research papers and technical reports
    • Completion of customer support in a timely, error-free and competitive manner
    • Report research and test results in a basic format
    • Work in a team to reach technical project goals
    • Critically evaluate and correct deficiencies in technical proposals, plans, and reports
    • Make technical decisions with assistance
    • Support TRC Inc.’s Quality and EH&S (Environmental, Health, and Safety) efforts


    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or appropriate comparable discipline
    • Candidate must have knowledge and experience in modeling and simulation of mechanical and/or electrical systems and in data acquisition and reduction.
    • Candidate must have demonstrated computer programming skills and strong knowledge of vehicle network.
    • Technical knowledge to solve tough substantive, work-related problems
    • Strong communication skills
    • Excellent computer skills including word processing and data analysis software
    • Basic project management skills

    Working conditions
    • Standard office, climate controlled environment

    Physical requirements
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
    • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
    • Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers
