Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides supervision of blood collection activities, as delegated by the Blood Collection Manager, to ensure the satisfactory draw of a unit of blood from a donor. Requires constant interaction and contact with donors, Donor Specialists and Techs, other Center staff and the general public. Acts as a functional lead and makes decisions relative to scheduling, safety issues, company policies, and public relations; provides immediate direction for Donor Specialist II, Donor Tech I, Donor Specialist III, Donor Tech II, Mobile Specialist II, Mobile Tech I, Mobile Specialist III, or Mobile Tech II.
