▪ Design, implement, and maintain key processes for Research & Content Operations
▪ Facilitate planning and implementation of business Objectives and Key Results
▪ Collaborate with other team leaders to define key performance indicators and other metrics related to production volume and quality for onshore and offshore operations.
▪ Create and maintain dashboards for operating metrics with the help of relevant reporting tools to inform progress, prioritization, and overall operations.
▪ Generate data-based insights and recommendations for staffing, process improvement, and other elements of team operations.
▪ Manage and develop a team of clinical data analysts, research analysts, content data specialists and/or other supporting team roles.
▪ Collaborate with other team leaders and or managers to manage prioritization of daily work across implementations, client projects, strategic initiatives, and other tasks.
▪ Maintain capacity planning and staffing models for the Research & Content teams to ensure adequate resources are available to accomplish objectives, key results.
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on implementation processes, deliverable expectations, and other operational decisions.
▪ BS or MS in engineering or natural science concentration OR MBA (any discipline) with a clinical or supply chain background.
▪ 5 years’ experience in managing teams as an operating leader at a technology and/or healthcare organization (e.g., pharma, medical device, hospital, clinical research).
▪ Experienced people manager, including daily work management, training, and professional development
▪ Proficiency in Excel and MySQL required.
▪ Knowledge of hospital supply chains and medical devices strongly preferred.
▪ Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple teams, prioritize objectives, develop & execute solutions.
▪ Strong communication & presentation skills (listening, verbal and written) with the ability to communicate with cross-functional onshore/offshore stakeholders.
▪ Experience in process management and operational improvement.
▪ Any experience with offshore operations will be a plus.
Estimated salary range: $109,700 - $146,200
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
