Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. jobs in Dallas, TX

Our organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator with a strong ability to multi-task and take on various studies. We are looking for someone that is a hardworking, a team player and passionate about research.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain regulatory site files.
• Assist with study start-up regulatory documents.
• Correspond with monitors in order to complete study start-up process, interim monitoring visits and close-out visits.
• Attend Investigator meetings.
• Follow GCP, IATA, ALCOA guidelines, study protocols and SOPs.
• Conduct study visits per protocol.
• Responsible for various studies.
• IV Infusion experience
• Experience in obtaining vital signs, height, weight and EKG.
• Processing and shipping labs, familiar with IATA guidelines. Maintain dry ice inventory, ability to lift 40lbs. Be comfortable in assisting with purchasing of dry ice from the grocery store or vendor if needed with company credit card.
• Creating new subject charts and creating source documents for new and ongoing trials.
• Prescreening potential patients for studies over the phone, update prescreening logs, update study portals with prescreening activities, update enrollment logs and chart review. Meet recruitment goals.
• Maintain subject tracker logs of subject screened and enrolled in the study.
• Good communication skills and organization
• Correspond well with your manager and supervisor on study updates and timelines.
• Data entry and query resolution.
• Ordering study supplies, lab kit inventory and printing of lab reports
• Receipt of IP, recording IP shipment in Master Accountability log, investigational product destruction, completing temperature monitoring logs on a daily basis, complete subject IP logs, reporting and documentation of IP excursions
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Ability to use Word, Adobe Reader, Excel spreadsheets and Power point.
• Engage in marketing projects, events and lunches.
• Phlebotomy experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
