Birth Tissue Donor Services (BTDS) strives to be the preferred-choice partner for birth tissue donation and to provide exceptional service to our hospitals, physicians, and expectant parents. We honor a mother’s decision to donate in support of the need for transplantable human tissue. The generosity of these donors enables breakthrough medical applications that can restore vision and heal burns or wounds.
Our goal is to hire dedicated and dependable team members with an exceptional work ethic, integrity, and a shared passion for our mission. We are currently seeking one full-time Office/Recovery Coordinator to support our new donation programs in Missoula and Polson, Montana.
This is hybrid position with dual roles. In the primary role of Office Coordinator (OC), the focus is on supply management and keeping the office running smoothly. The OC will order, receive, and stock adequate supplies to ensure BTDS can efficiently service our local donation program.
In the secondary role of Recovery Coordinator (RC), this individual steps in if the full-time RC is out or unable to reach all potential donors. An RC handles all assigned tasks related to the birth tissue acquisition process and services their hospital per the labor and delivery schedule.
BTDS follows all hospital policies, regulations and procedures as well as aseptic technique and OR protocols. Professionalism, affability, and a positive attitude are a must while representing BTDS.
