Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Donor Coordinator will effectively screen, triage all incoming organ, and tissue referrals. Provide hospital personnel and all callers with prompt, efficient processing of incoming and outgoing calls. Utilize Donor Center intake best practice to fully optimize organ and tissue referral potential for donation. Primary function is to support all intake referrals and logistically communicate to hospitals and medical examiner offices for holds and obtain additional information to optimize donation approach.
There is a 8% shift differential for night shift(s) per hours worked 7:30pm-8am
Must reside in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Connecticut
