Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Key Responsibilities: -

    Project Management Support:

    • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and department heads to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines.
    • Assist in the development of project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. -

    Communication Liaison:

    • Act as a primary point of contact between the executive leadership team and project teams.
    • Facilitate effective communication channels, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed on project status, milestones, and changes. -

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project schedules.
    • Generate regular progress reports for the executive team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

    Skills Required:

    • Excellent Communicator - Strong verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills -
    • Proactive Orientation - Strong ability to identify risks/issues/changes, self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands -
    • Diagramming and flowing charting skills

    Skills Preferred:

    • High level knowledge of operational infrastructure projects preferred -
    • Smartsheet -
    • Knowledge Areas - PM methodologies (i.e., Waterfall, Lean, Kanban, Agile, Hybrid)

    Experience Required:

    2 year of project coordinator and/or project management experience.
