Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     JOB SUMMARY:

    The Clinical Research Coordinator I (CRC I) is a member of the study team under the direction of the Principal Investigator and Director of Center for Pediatric Health Equity Research. This team member will be supporting research initiatives that will be carried out by collaborating with community organizations to reach underserved populations including sexual and gender diverse populations.

    The physical area of work will be within the Tampa Bay area and will integrate patient and non-patient populations in clinical and community-based research related to health care access.

    This position may require some weekend work, with travel to community events and visits with partnering community organizations. This team member will have the opportunity to learn ARC GIS software to support geocoding focused on understanding geographic barriers to sexual health services. This is an entry-level position with room for professional growth.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in science or health related field
    • 2 years of prior clinical research assistant, direct patient care services, or nursing or other healthcare related certification experience
    • Computer competency in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Ability to follow protocols and directions very closely
    • Ability to read, write, and speak, English, and be comfortable communicating with patient populations
    • Prior experience utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
    • Ability to travel throughout the JHACH service areas in a timely manner.
