Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. jobs in Spokane, WA

We are seeking a quality candidate with 2 years experience in fundraising, marketing or communications for large non-profit located in Spokane, WA. MUST have experience in Raiser's Edge software!

JOB SUMMARY: Provides support for fundraising events and programs. Interacts with a variety of community organizations, businesses and individuals to develop prospects and solicit sponsors for support of special events. Accounts for donations received, maintains donor and distribution records. The position is also responsible for updating information in the donor software system; overseeing direct mail projects, inventory control of outreach and development materials; and other office support tasks.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

-Manage funds from all fundraising and gifts to client

-Maintain records of all grant proposals, special events, memorials, etc

-Send out timely donor thank yous and acknowledgements

-Assist in Coordinating special events

-Produce reports required for donor activities

-Other duties as assigned
