Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator, Sr. maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervisor’s Title: Director of Donor Services
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays. May be required to work outside of normally scheduled hours due to business demand.
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Donor Services and Senior Director, Ticket Sales & Development, the Donor Service Coordinator is responsible for providing superior customer service to all callers as it relates to all Texas A&M Athletics and 12th Man Foundation events as well as additional inquiries as needed. The Donor Service Coordinator will serve as an active member to the Donor Services team and is responsible for retaining, and conveying, essential 12th Man Foundation communications.
