    ANNUAL SALARY (DEPENDING ON SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE): $56,797.00 - $96,358.00

    This individual will serve as an extension of Epic Care's multi-specialty practice and will be responsible for promoting the company's practice, physicians, and treatment options with key referral customers. The goal is to build relationships and increase Epic Care's referrals and practice growth. The primary territory will be in Contra Costa County and surrounding areas and include related administrative responsibilities. This person must demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and public speaking skills. They must also be willing to travel locally to complete their duties (mileage is reimbursable by the company).

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop business relationships with key customers, state and local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers/referrers, and managed care organizations with the goal of increasing referrals to the practice.
    • Develop new business opportunities by building and sustaining strong, trusting relationships with existing referral sources and prospects. This includes outbound prospecting and follow-ups with targeted marketing leads.
    • Ability to engage in an active dialogue on complex subjects and influence/build strong relationships with physicians and office staff, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Establish oneself as a true expert and resource in oncology and multi-specialty care.
    • Work closely with Marketing team and other Organizational partners to communicate needs regarding the needs of the community including collateral, promotional items, etc.
    • Leverage technology and use customer relationship management system (CRM) to define targets, plan activities and log outcomes.
    • Develop and communicate key referral activity and communicate KPI's on success / feedback.
    • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on new and changing physicians, partnerships, etc.
    • Represent Epic Care at sponsorship or other events, as well as participate in both the coordination of, and tracking of ROI.
    • Articulate Epic Care's brand, value story, and differentiators to key constituents.
    • Operate with high integrity and comply with Epic Care policies and procedures.



    Qualifications

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2 years related experience preferred or equivalent in healthcare related field required.
    • Associate's Degree preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel required.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled medical practice environment. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and with a diverse population, including staff, physicians, clients, patients, insurance companies and other members of the public on a regular basis. The position may cause frequent exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations, and other conditions common to a clinical environment.
