Transportation Drafter

Engineering and Land Surveying, P.C. has an immediate opening for a drafter in our Transportation Department located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clifton Park, NY. Drafter Responsibilities will include:

· Drafting and detailing of project plans for bridge structures and Highways.

· Coordination with highway and bridge engineers for project plan and detail development.

· Plan set creation and drafting coordination.

· Ability to draft to client standards. Client standards will be provided for each project.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in drafting and detailing.

· An associate degree in a college drafting program or minimum of two (2) years of relevant drafting experience.

· Proficient in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation drafting.

· InRoads experience is a benefit but not required.

· Ability to work within multiple design teams and execute to meet demanding schedules.

· Flexible hours.

· Must be a US citizen or be eligible to work without employer sponsorship.

Pay is based on applicant’s ability/experience and will be prorated accordingly. MJ offers a very competitive benefit package.
