THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

THE JOB

• Create Revit drawings and models
• Project concepting, image comping and sketching
• Resolve complex design and technical challenges
• Produce Design Development and Construction Documents, including design details
• Conduct zoning, building code and planning research as needed
• Be able to both work independently and collaborate productively with a team
• Communicate clearly – in drawings, in writing and verbally

THE SKILLS

• Professional training or experience with Revit is required
• Strong management and organizational skills for working on multiple projects
• Other helpful skills include:
• Capabilities with Enscape, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working in an established firm
• Experience with drafting and construction administration for built projects
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited institution preferred

THE LOCATION

We have a beautiful downtown office on Main Street in Ventura. This full-time position requires you to be in the office four days per week, minimum.
