Ace Equipment Company is a local manufacturer of waste compactors and balers. We are a family owned business. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for creating drawings for customers and manufacturing use. These drawings will exhibit the details of existing machines and modifications requested for new orders. The person interested in this position should be hard working, detail oriented, organized and mechanically inclined. Previous AutoCAD experience preferred.

Duties include prepare detailed working diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other engineering information.
Ace Equipment Company is seeking a qualified individual to fill this position. This is a full time positon.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop designs for equipment and controls
• Provide details on equipment and/or component descriptions
• Analyze existing drawings to assist in problem resolution
• Analyze existing drawings to assist in improvement suggestions
• Compute dimensions of materials and convey to production as needed
• Create and store drawings electronically
• Prepare multiple variations of designs as needed

Preferred:

• CNC Programming
• Mechanical experience Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
