Drafting Supervisor jobs in Philadelphia, PA

 POSITION SUMMARY:

Ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience preparing AutoCAD existing conditions and survey drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016. A strong understanding of Civil 3D is required. Knowledge and use of HydroCAD and GIS is a plus. The candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills that will enable them to communicate with engineering design staff.    Interested in expanding knowledge and work in civil, water & wastewater discipline.  
  

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Develop 2D and 3D AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016 existing conditions and survey plans. 
• Work with manager and design team to generate plans.
• Manage drawing sets. 
• Assist with development of as-built drawings. 
• Work includes updates and corrections to drawings.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Experienced in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016. 
• Knowledge of GIS and HydroCAD is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Capable of multitasking.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES REQUIRED

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Work requires frequent and prolonged computer use. May occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
