The Drilling Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing drilling operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations and company policies. You will lead a team of drilling personnel, coordinate with various departments, and manage resources to achieve project objectives within budget and time constraints.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is normally performed outdoors where exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, fumes and gases is common. Noise level is moderate to loud and includes sounds of construction, equipment operations, trucks and like equipment. Job hazards include working in normal light and heavy construction activities and working around pressured propane, water, electricity, and waste lines under all weather conditions. May work in areas where H2S is present. Must be available to be On-Call. Overtime is sometimes required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work normally requires finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination to operate computer keyboard at moderate skill level. Work may require frequent pushing, pulling, or carrying 50 to 75 pound objects such as tools, equipment work operations. Work involves standing and walking most of the time, but will also involve sitting and driving for extended periods sometimes over rough terrain.
