Drilling Operations Director directs and oversees the drilling, production, and engineering operations for an organization. Oversees all aspects of planning and executing drilling projects, developing oil and gas fields, and analyzing reserves. Being a Drilling Operations Director is responsible for directing revisions or enhancements to troubleshoot and solve drilling problems. May coordinate drilling contractors and production managers/superintendents. Additionally, Drilling Operations Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The Drilling Operations Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Drilling Operations Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     POSITION SUMMARY:
     
    Manage Finance, Information Technology, and HR & Operations functions for The Family Tree.
     
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll functions and fringe, and grants management cycle
    • Develop and monitor agency and program budgets
    • Oversee cash management/ Treasury function
    • Perform financial reporting and analysis 
    • Serve as staff liaison to the Finance and Facilities and Executive committees of the Leadership Board.
    • Develop and monitor financial and technology-related policies and procedures
    • Serve as liaison to outside accounting firm during the annual audit
    • Assist the Development department with fiscal issues related to grant writing and reporting
    • Assist Treasurer with the development and implementation of agency’s financing activities
    • Manage technological utilization including computer and telecommunications systems
    • Assist with the management of the HR & Operations functions
    • Serve as liaison between LifeBridge Health and Family Tree finance departments
    • Oversee monthly closeout activities
    • Track and record revenue from various platforms
    • Manage payroll activity and accruals
    • Review and manage daily banking and credit transactions
    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
    • Education: BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
    • Experience: 5 years of related experience, preferably in the non-profit sector
