We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drilling Superintendent to join our team. The Drilling Superintendent will contribute to the success and profitability of projects and will be responsible for the planning, training, and execution of all aspects of the water well drilling program including personnel, equipment, service, technical, and financial performance of the rigs. This position supervises up to three rigs and directly supervises up to three drillers who oversee a team of drill helpers. This position frequently interacts with peers, subordinates, executives, and vendors.
