What we are looking for...

We at Maaco are looking for an Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Overview:

Our ideal candidates duties will include financial planning and analysis, scheduling and directing employees, maintaining inventory, placing orders with vendors and dealing with customers. The Operations Director will need to have a strong understanding of the organization's goals values and objectives. Be able to evaluate operating metrics and implement strategies to ensure that these goals are met. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the business.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and plans.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage staff and resources to ensure efficient operations.
• Staff Schedules
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Work directly with the CEO, board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the delivery of those services by hiring, training, and retaining employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
