We look to a bright future as we will soon celebrate our 80th anniversary. Keeprite Refrigeration is currently looking for an Operations Manager in Texas. This is a key leadership opportunity within the organization. The position includes operational, strategic planning, & execution oversight across multiple departments to champion productivity, profitability, and growth. The right candidate will embody our culture of prioritizing people, safety, quality, common-sense decision making, & continuous innovation. Qualifications MUST include a bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, or a related field, at least 5 years of senior operation’s leadership, proven experience in manufacturing management (incl. P&L oversight), & strong interpersonal, communication, strategic planning, & execution skills.
