As the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic operational direction of our practice. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, cash flow, and overall business goals. Responsibilities:
· Lead strategic operational direction for the practice, aligning with business objectives
· Support CEO in driving sales, profitability, cash flow, and overall business goals

· Act as a backup to the Operations Manager, providing support and guidance as required
· Collaborate with the leadership team on practice objectives and initiatives

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
· 6 years of experience in operations, preferably in the financial services industry

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to understand and effectively navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve business objectives
Compensation and Benefits:
· Competitive salary range between $100,000-$110,000 per year
· $300 a month health insurance stipend
