Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated individual to join our 20-member team. You will be responsible for managing administrative and human resource activities for the companies which includes project and personnel tracking and management assistance, permits, licenses, utility notification system, training status, invoicing, HR, payroll, benefits, contract compliance, office management and other typical construction company related tasks. You will occasionally review job sites and attend bid walks where you will walk medium distances over rough terrain.
Must have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Must have great communication skills with employees, insurance agents, vendors, and clients. Knowledge of labor laws, specifically what can be legally said to employees, customers, and people outside of the organization. Proficient in Quick Books accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong organizational and time management abilities. High level of integrity and professionalism. Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Construction Company experience helpful.
