Summary:
As a Campaign Manager, you'll assist our Operations team in building and strengthening our network of truck vendors. This role involves constant communication with partners nationwide and offers hands-on learning about our operations. This position requires you to be in-person at our office in El Segundo, CA, 4-5 days a week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Truck Vendor Support: Managing communications with all trucking vendors (text, calls, emails).
· Installation Coordination: Helping coordinate installations of trucks across the country.
· Removal Coordination: Helping coordinate removals of trucks across the country.
· POP Creation: Editing photos and creating POPs to share directly with clients.
· Quality Control: Receiving and inspecting pictures of trucks on campaign, monthly.
· Internal Dashboard Management: Creating and managing profiles for vendors.
· Contracts: Sending contracts to vendors for new campaigns.
· Sourcing: Assisting in the procurement of new trucks/inventory.
· Special projects, as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree (Marketing Focus/Emphasis) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· 1 year of experience in Marketing is preferred (post-graduation or internships).
· Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
· Creative problem solver.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as a team.
